At Voluspa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance purchase. If you are not delighted with your order, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused items in their original decorative packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to the glass or wax.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
